Meet Beta, ALBE Consulting's co-founder and Director, a seasoned psychologist with 12+ years of expertise in recruitment, HRIS, and people management. Beta's academic accolades include a cum laude bachelor's from UPH and the title of the best master's graduate in psychology from UNTAR.

Her journey extends beyond academia, marked by global recognition as a cover girl-finalist jury (GADIS SAMPUL) and Indonesia's representative at the Global Forum for Youth Leaders in Abu Dhabi (2014). In 2015, Beta established a counseling center for university students before spearheading HRIS and recruitment strategies for companies in Telecommunication and Oil & Gas, impacting over 6,000 employees.
